Dear Abundant One,

Every new month is an invitation.

I begin each one by slowing down- just enough to notice what needs releasing, and what’s ready to rise. I ask:

• What am I done carrying?

• What’s calling for action, not just awareness?

• What deserves more of my time, my energy, my yes?

June has arrived. And with it? A powerful opportunity to refine how we engage with abundance, not just financially, but energetically.

Last month, we talked about becoming magnetic—calling in aligned opportunities without running ourselves into the ground.

This week, we’re refining that flow even further.

Because here’s what I’ve learned:

You don’t expand by saying yes to everything. You expand by saying yes to what aligns with you and no to what drains you.

The New Blueprint: Soulful Discernment & Overflow

1. Your Values Are Your Vault

Saying yes without a values filter is like opening your front door to strangers and hoping one of them brings blessings.

Here’s the truth:

Abundance flows faster when you guard it with intention.

Your values aren’t just ideals—they’re wealth containers. They hold your priorities. They protect your energy. They attract the right people, partnerships, and income streams.

Try This:
Write your top 3 personal values on a sticky note. Keep it near your workspace. Before committing to any opportunity, glance at it and ask: “Does this align?”

Affirm:
“I honor my wealth by honoring my values.”

2. The Strategic Yes: Where Income Meets Integrity

Money alone doesn’t make something worth your time.

It needs to make sense energetically and strategically.

The biggest income leaps I’ve seen, personally and in my clients’ journeys - came not from chasing more, but from choosing better.

One client of mine was in the habit of accepting every “visibility” invite, guest posts, unpaid panels, and endless Zooms. Her audience grew, but her bank account didn’t. And her soul? Depleted.

We audited her “yeses” and replaced half of them with intentional, aligned, income-generating opportunities.

Within a month, she doubled her rates and booked three new clients. With fewer calls. More rest. Better boundaries.

Try This:
Before your next yes, ask: “Does this expand my impact, my joy, and my financial foundation?”

Affirm:
“My yes is sacred. My income expands when I choose with clarity.”

3. The Liberating Power of the No

Let’s rewrite a narrative together:

Saying no is not selfish. It’s spiritual.

Because every 'no' you speak with integrity clears space for a 'yes' that is divine.

We’ve been taught that saying no means we’re missing out, closing off, or being “difficult.” But what if no is your most profitable move?

One of my most financially abundant quarters happened after I canceled two collaborations that felt misaligned. The moment I let them go, a business client walked in with a higher budget, deeper resonance, and better chemistry.

Try This:
Say no to one thing this week that you’ve been tolerating. Notice how your body responds to the boundary.

Affirm:
“My no is powerful. It protects the abundance I’m creating.”

4. The Energetic Yes: Full-Body Alignment

You’ve felt it before—that YES that isn’t just logical but cellular.

The email that sparks curiosity instead of dread.
The offer that makes your shoulders drop.
The idea that feels like it’s been waiting for you.

That’s your inner compass pointing to overflow.

If we only say yes from fear (of missing out, running out, or being left out), we build wealth we secretly resent. But when we say yes to embodied alignment, our life becomes magnetic.

Try This:
This week, pause before replying to any offer. Ask: “Does this feel like expansion or contraction?”

 Affirm:
“When it’s a full-body yes, I trust it. My body is my compass.”

Reflect & Rewire

• What’s one “yes” you gave out of guilt or fear last month? What did it cost you?

• What’s one boundary that, if strengthened, would double your peace this month?

• Where can you refine your yes into something more intentional?

Bonus Tool: The Abundance Filter

Use this before your next big decision:

V – Values: Does this support who I’m becoming?
E – Energy: Does it feel easy or heavy?
S – Strategy: Does it serve my goals and model?
S – Sustainability: Can I say yes and still breathe?

If it’s not a clear “yes” across all four—it’s a no, or a “not right now.”

Journal Prompt: Wealth from Discernment

Take 10 minutes today and answer:

• What would it look like to run my business like a curator, not a collector?
  

• Where have I been underpricing or overgiving because I fear rejection?
  

• What belief do I need to adopt so I can say yes to overflow without overworking?

Evening Ritual: Reclaim Your Sovereign Yes

Tonight, before bed, reflect:

What was one moment today when I honored my rhythm—financially, emotionally, or energetically?

Hold it in your heart.

This is how you build a business rooted in freedom, not force.
